Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide as much advanced notice as you are able if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, exceptions to the below policy are made at Well Within LLC’s discretion.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding and supporting our business!

Fees for Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: 75% of the service cost

• No-shows or same day cancellation: 100% of the service cost

How to Cancel:

Cancellations can be made via call, text, email 

Prepaid Appointments:

For prepaid sessions, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the prepaid amount, or the session may be forfeited if adequate notice isn’t provided.
